Centrum Personale is looking for a dedicated Payroll/ HR Consultant for our customer, an international credit insurance company, situated in the City of Copenhagen.

We are looking for a dedicated Payroll / HR Consultant to join the Nordic HR team, where you will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and smooth HR operations across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Lithuania.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of payroll and HR tasks, including:

  • Gather and validate monthly payroll input, including changes in employment data, absences, variable pay, and other relevant updates
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and our external payroll provider to ensure a seamless end-to-end payroll process
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy by monitoring local provider's output and following up on corrections as needed
  • Manage local benefit programs
  • Administer employee insurance enrolments and cancellations
  • Handle payroll and HR related invoices
  • Provide various payroll and HR reports and assist with ad hoc requests
  • Support employees and managers with questions related to parental leave and sickness

What You Bring

  • Experience from a payroll or HR administration role, ideally in a Nordic context
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and dependable work style
  • Service-minded and easygoing approach
  • Ability to balance recurring payroll cycles with ad hoc HR tasks
